2024 kidding season
We have 10 healthy kids at Titan Ranch now! Five bucklings and Five doelings.
Mocha went first
Mocha delivered 3 tiny kids on March 29th. We had to bring them into the house to feed them and keep them warm. The smallest, Patch, was only 3 lbs.
They are now healthy active bottle babies. They will follow us anywhere, hoping for more milk.
Hostages held for 2 weeks
Our other three does, Juniper, Lily, and Jolene, held on to their babies for another 2 weeks. Then, they gave birth on consecutive days. Lily had triplets. Juniper and Jolene each had twins.
These babies are all white or cream coloured. We have them tagged now so we can tell them apart. Soon they will move out of the barn and join the older (brown) babies in the field.
